MY MOST IMPORTANT BODY PART

Ever thought of which part of your body you would deem the most important?
I bet most of you would answer My Brain or My Heart or My Hands or something......?
I am sure you would laugh at me if I said MY MOST IMPORTANT BODY PART IS MY ..........FEET!
Think about it!
Your feet are keeping you Upright - when you want them to....
Your feet are making you stand steady onto the ground...
Your feet are transporting you from A to B whenever you order them to do so!

They are our most loyal friends - and yet we treat them like something that just should funktion,
something we don't have to care about...

Most people pay more attention to their hair, their skin, their fingernails, their fitness etc..
which of course is a good thing - but their feet are mostly forgotten about.......
Only when a problem arises - we pay attention.
Like when you get a blister due to wearing new shoes, or your toenails starts to make holes in your stockings, or
gives you pain due to you haven't cut them for 3 months
I'm going to talk a lot about Feet and Shoes, and what we can do to take care of our best friends.

  1. I speak in feet as singular. With only one foot which is not really a perfect foot, I have a little better insight as to how important your " feet" are. With both feet, your socks wear out about the same time. one leave a left and a right track in the sand. It is easy to kick a stone down the path. Running is a snap, and jumping over tall buildings is almost effortless. Grandkids can untie both shoes. You don't lean to one side, but you only have 5 toes to wash. People can only step on one foot, and you have only one to soak in a warm bath. " This little piggy went.." becomes a short story! Podiatrist give all one foots a 50% discount while you sit out a lot of dances. You wife can't yell " YOU HAVE TWO FEET DO IT YOURSELF!" Planting potato's is very hard along with playing "hop-scotch" with the kids.
Yes, our feet are very important, especially if you only have a foot to go.
